Donbet has the cleanest complaint record of the non-GamStop sites I checked, a SafetyIndex of 8.4 (checked 2 Aug 2026) with no relevant complaints, and one of the largest catalogues in the category at more than 10,000 games (about 10,013 casino titles plus 690 live tables). But two things stop me calling it straightforward. First, the UK version of its terms has had the licence paragraph removed, so a UK player is not told which licence they are playing under, even though the wider brand runs on a Curacao licence through GTW that is currently under assessment. Second, those same UK terms ban NetEnt games for UK players. So it is a well-run site on the complaint side with a deliberately opaque UK setup.
