bet365. Everyone is aware of the name. Green logo on every other shirt in the Premier League, live in-play odds that seemingly load before the ball has even stopped rolling, that voice on the TV adverts. Sportsbook giant. But the casino?
I always thought it must be a bit of an extra. Added on because they already had the traffic. Turns out I was profoundly wrong about that.
22 February. New account. Three minutes. Dropped seventy-five into PayPal. Claimed the spins offer — took two hundred. Played slots for around an hour and a half, then took a punt on Lightning Roulette. The one with the multipliers. Won some. Lost more. Standard night, really.
And then the withdrawal.

Ninety seconds to connect. Not instantaneous but not bad. The agent answered my question about the free spins terms in two messages. No messing about. No "let me transfer you to another department." Perfectly acceptable, even good.
